On September 17th (new style), 2016, at the Abbey of the Holy Name an ecclesiastical tribunal will be held to hear the case of the plaint of Hieromonk Enoch and Deacon Joseph Suaiden against the Priest Raphael Johnson.  An ecclesiastical summons was issued to Fr. Raphael Johnson to appear at the appointed time on September 17th.  The Plaint and and copies of the Summons have been issued to the competent ecclesiastical authorities. The appointed number of seven bishops (or their duly appointed legates) will assemble to hear the case  in accordance with the canonical procedure of an ecclesiastical tribunal.
