Creation of Two Vicariates in the Philippines

His Beatitude, Metropolitan John, has approved the creation of two Vicariates in our Church’s Deanery in the Philippines; the Vicariate of Davao and the Vicariate of Cotabato. Vladyka John has also given brief instructions in order to aid Confessors dealing with any that have taken the unapproved vaccines.
