A New Western-rite Mission:

Holy Trinity Orthodox Mission, was officially blessed on Tuesday, September 11/August 29 2007 in Chula Vista, CA. Fr Benedict Cucinotta was ordained priest this past Sunday, the 14th after Trinity Sunday, by Archbishop John of New York and New Jersey and will serve his first liturgy for the mission this coming Sunday. Currently the mission is holding services in a local hall.  Many years to the new Fr. Benedict and his efforts to spread the Holy Orthodox Faith!
