October 2, 2019As of this September, 2019, the ecclesiastical status of retired Abp. Philip (Cain) and Vicar Bp. Alexios (Blumer) was that of a temporary suspension due to information provided from before the time of their reception into the Synod.
After this suspension, Abp. Philip and Bp. Alexios sent a letter notifying the Metropolitan that they have resigned and removed themselves from the Autonomous Orthodox Metropolia.
