On September 16 (OS) / 29 (NS), 2019, His Beatitude, Metropolitan John of New York, First Hierarch of the Holy Synod, together with His Eminence, Archbishop Gavrilo of Moravia, Consecrated His Excellency, the Right Reverend Bishop Lazr as Vicar Bishop of Niagra and the Dominion of Canada.
On September 17th (OS) / 30 (NS), these Bishops Consecrated His Excellency, the Right Reverend Bishop James as Vicar Bishop of Whithorn, Dumfries, and the Marches. Bishop James also serves as the Abbot of the Abbey of Sts. Aethelwold and Alban (Botel Abbey) in Scotland.
On September 18th (OS) / October 1st (NS), these Bishops consecrated His Excellency, the Right Reverend Bishop Enoch as Vicar Bishop of Apshawa.
